If they are consumable products such as the main product, which is Bottled Water, contact us immediately and provide details of the damaged product to facilitate the replacement process or refund your money.
2. Return of Unwanted Products
If you change your mind about your purchase, we accept returns of unopened products in their original condition within 2 days of delivery as long as they are non-consumable products such as pumps or water dispensers. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
